The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has to move out of her mansion because it's not actually hers -- and the owners are trying to sell the digs.
One site reported the reality star has been renting the 4,800-square-foot home since 2008. If the owners get their asking price, they'll bring in about $3.7 million!
The owners bought the house in 2006 for $1.65 million and stand to make a tidy profit, and they said Taylor's been a great tenant.

Although it's unclear as to where Taylor and Kennedy will move, until the owners sell, they're going to stay put.
