The Gorgas might've just had a relaxing anniversary celebration, but their lives are about to get hectic again as they officially sold their RHONJ home. According to RadarOnline, their Montville, NJ, house was sold for $3.8 million and the family of five are building a new abode in Franklin Lakes, the town where the Manzos live. “It’s going to be a lot of work designing and building the new home," Melissa said. "But Joe is an incredible builder and I’m excited to go back to where we started our family.”
