All-American Rejects' greatest anthem may be their hit single Move Along, and frontman Tyson Ritter is doing just that after calling it quits with longtime girlfriend model Kim Smith.

What are his tips for moving along after lost love?

“Saturate yourself in new music,” he tells me when he pops into the OK! office donning shiny red shoes (hello, Wizard of Oz!). “Don’t listen to anything you were surrounded by that other person with. Find something new. That’ll help you start sort of figuring yourself out again. Realize how young you probably are, and that life doesn’t start until, I’m figuring out, 25.”

Is he dating now?

“I am an emancipated man recently, actually,” the Gives You Hell singer, 25, explains. “I’m on the market. I’m a tomcat right now. sings I’m back in the saddle again. I’m not really dating. I’m just kissing.”

When Tyson names the qualities he’s looking for in a woman – attractive, intelligent and humorous – guitarist Nick Wheeler pipes up, saying “I’m all three of those things.”

Tyson smirks. “Sometimes it doesn’t have to be a girl, I guess. Sometimes it can be just my guitarist, and he can make me laugh.”

He calls out Angelina Jolie, Natalie Portman and Rihanna as the lucky ladies on his radar. “I like beauty,” the Oklahoma native says. “I like all sorts. I like every tree in the world. I like all sorts of trees.”

But he saves his most indulgent praise for a certain Harry Potter star. Hm, who could his “dirty little secret” be?

Find out which Harry Potter teen gets him going in the OK! on newsstands now. Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart: “Steamy Nights Together” is the cover line.
