REESE WITHERSPOON IS AVON'S GLOBAL AMBASSADOR

Reese Witherspoon has been named Avon's Global Ambassador, the beauty brand announced Wednesday.The Oscar winner will serve as Honorary Chairman of the Avon Foundation, a charity focusing on breast cancer, domestic violence and emergency relief initiatives.'We are so thrilled to welcome Reese Witherspoon as our Global Ambassador and feel she will give a strong voice to our company's commitment to empowering women,' Andrea Jung, Avon Chairman and CEO, said in a statement.Through her prestigious role ? the first ever for Avon ?
