While the current state of Sandra Bullock and Jesse James' marriage may be broken, Jesse's children are reportedly living with Sandra.
Jesse's three kids — Sunny, Chandler and Jesse Jr. — are living with Sandra, TMZ reports.

Sources directly connected to the couple told TMZ Sandra is not living at her Hollywood Hills home, which is flanked with paparazzi around the clock.
"It's a positive sign about Sandra's relationship with Jess," the TMZ source said.
Other reports suggest Sandra is in the process of drawing up divorce papers, as Jesse tries to cure himself in rehab.
Sandra's close friend, George Lopez, has also been photographed arriving at the Oscar winner's Hollywood Hills Home, staying for brief visits.
