On the heels of the news that lethal levels of powerful anesthetic propofol were found in Michael Jackson's body, a new report says his death has been ruled a homicide.
A law enforcement official tells The Associated Press that the L.A. County coroner made the ruling. This makes it more likely that criminal charges will be filed against Dr. Conrad Murray, who was with MJ when he died.
The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the findings haven't been publicly released.
