So that's why lucky Twilight fans will be treated to a bunch of Robert Pattinson in the next few weeks as he shills for his latest movie, Cosmopolis. The press tour brought him to NYC last night where he ate Ben & Jerry's ice cream with Jon Stewart and to the New York Stock Exchange this morning where he and Cosmopolis director, David Cronenberg ran the opening bell.

Rob looked rested and happy in a sharp navy suit with a bright blue tie.

Cosmopolis is based off the novel by Don DeLillo, where Robert plays Erik Packer, a young and brooding billionaire. The entire flick largely takes place in a stretch limo during the span of a day where he is chauffeured through Manhattan on his way to get a haircut. Lest you think this premise means the movie will be dull, Rob's been open about the sex scenes with his onscreen wife, Sarah Gadon, and even a prostate examination.

"It’s a very bizarre scene that you won’t see again in another movie, I promise," he told Metro France before the Cannes Film Festival this spring about getting examined on film. “My heart was beating so fast, I was scared David was going to fire me.”
