Fame may get a bit overwhelming at times for Twilight star Robert Pattinson, but he sure loves his fans! While promoting Water for Elephants in Australia, Rob made a seriously ill fan's dream come true.

Through the Starlight Children's Foundation, Rob granted a young girl named Samantha's Starlight wish on Friday, May 6.
Rob met with Samantha in person at his hotel in Sydney and snapped some pictures with her and her family.
Samantha also got to walk down the red carpet of the Water for Elephants movie premiere!
