Is Romance Blooming for Kathy Griffin & Isaiah Mustafa?

As Kathy Griffin and "The Old Spice Guy" (also known as Isaiah Mustafa) spend more and more time together, it seems like love may be in the air for the buddies! Although they haven't been spotted canoodling like Glee's Matthew Morrison and Olivia Munn, they have been spotted hanging out from California to Las Vegas and back again!

Kathy and Isaiah met a few months ago, E! Online reports. It could have been at the Creative Arts Emmys in August when they did a joint interview on the red carpet. Soon after that Kathy tweeted a pic with the caption: "A gift from me 2 u. Here I am with the super hot Old Spice Guy. Feel free to photoshop ur face over mine."

Although it hasn't been confirmed if they're an official item just yet, one source told E! they have indeed spent more time together lately: "They're getting to know each other."

The Old Spice Guy's rep added, "Isaiah said they are just good friends and have a blast hanging out." Hanging out indeed! He and Kathy were spotted at a benefit concert in L.A. in December as well as earlier this month in Las Vegas at Cher's final performance of her show. Most recently they were hangin' at the Grammys and just this week they were chatting it up at the Costume Designer Guild Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
