Rosario Dawson Treats Her Body: Stress is "A Thousand Times" Worse Than Sugar

When it comes to healthy eating, Rosario Dawson lets her body make the decisions. So if she's craving something sweet she doesn't stress about it!

In the new issue of Shape magazine, Rosario stuns on the cover in a white bikini flaunting her figure. The 32-year-old actress opens up about how her mother taught her to eat well, but now she trusts her body to make good decisions.
Whether she craves a glass of wine or dessert, Rosario allows her body to have what it wants.
"The stress you put yourself through for having a treat is probably a thousand times worse for you than the sugar you just had."

But Rosario also keeps in shape with exercise, saying it also helps her avoid stress.
"It's meditative and calming to get your body in motion, Rosario tells Shape. "But getting back in the saddle can be the hardest thing."

Rosario's workout of choice? Pilates!
"After just a couple of weeks, I noticed a physical change, especially in my posture," she shares. "Now I stand differently, I sit differently. I don't love working out, but I can honestly say I miss Pilates and how it makes my body feel."
