Russell Brand has announced that he and Katy Perry are, "sadly," getting a divorce.
“Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage. I'll always adore her and I know we'll remain friends,” Russell, 36, said in a statement to the Associated Press.

The couple, who wed in October 2010, were spotted without their rings on over the holidays, as Katy, 27, vacationed in Hawaii with her family and Russell spent Christmas 7,000 miles away in Cornwall, England.
