Russell Brand Plans to "Fight" Charges After Incident with Paparazzo

Russell Brand recently got into a bit of trouble with the law in New Orleans when he took paparazzo Timothy Jackson’s cell phone and smashed it into a window, but new reports reveal that he is definitely planning on combating the accusations.

“We're going to fight it,” the comedian’s attorney Robert Glass told E! Online on Saturday of the charge against Russell for criminal damage to property.

While the Get Him to the Greek actor already turned himself into authorities and was released on Thursday after paying $5,000 bail, Russell still wants to clear his name.
