Considering Sacha Baron Cohen dumped faux ashes all over Ryan Seacrest at the Oscars, it's no surprise he made a grand entrance at the Cannes Film Festival. And by grand entrance, we mean another stunt like arriving with a camel!
The star of The Dictator certainly knows how to promote a film, doesn't he? As reported by The Associated Press, he arrived today with two of his model bodyguards and a camel in the posh southern France town.
Apparently locals were amused seeing him walking alongside upscale boutiques and restaurants with photographers in tow.
The movie opens on May 16, featuring Sacha as Admiral General Aladeen, military dictator of the North African Republic of Wadiya (totally fictional nation, by the way). He really got into today's appearance, too, since his camel had a license plate that read: "Wadiya 1."
