Sandra Bullock was all smiles as she attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Warren Easton Charter High School's medical clinic on Sunday in New Orleans, Louisiana. After adopting her son Louis from New Orleans, the Oscar-winning actress feels closely connected to the city and for the 5th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina the star is helping to give back!
