E! News reports the actress and her French journalist beau will soon have more to celebrate than simply their upcoming nuptials. The couple announced their engagement about six months ago at the Venice Film Festival. Romain planted a vintage Art Deco sparkler on ScarJo after the pair had been dating for nearly a year.
