Sean Kingston's Jet Ski Passenger Speaks Up, Does Not Plan to Sue Him

As Sean Kingston recovers from the jet ski accident which left him in critical condition, the female passenger, Cassandra Sanchez, has indicated she won't be pressing charges.

Cassandra told TMZ, "I know he didn't mean to get either of us hurt." She added, "I know this whole thing was just an accident. I won't be pressing any type of charges or hiring a lawyer. Sean is a good guy."

Actually, she walked away from the accident unscathed and is a long-time friend of the "Beautiful Girls" singer. She also plans on seeing her friend a lot during his recovery at Jackson Memorial Beach in Miami Beach. "I am going to be visiting him in the hospital at some point soon and hope he has a speedy recovery."
