OK!: Talk about your involvement with Boots.
Sean Lowe: I’m so proud to be a part of Boots. I’ve always tried to take good care of my skin and Boots has such a reputation of being a great skincare line. Now that they’re bringing their No7 skincare line for men to the States I’m thrilled to be a part of it and I’m glad they thought of me when they were looking for a brand ambassador. I think it’s a good partnership.
OK!: Have you always been a product guy or has being on TV each week made you more aware of different grooming products?
SL: Well as I’ve gotten older I’ve learned to appreciate good skincare. Most teenage boys are not taking care of their skin like they should but I want to stay looking young as long as I can. I want good skin and a good complexion so now I do place a lot of importance on it.
OK!: What’s your favorite product from the line?
SL: I love their No7 skin moisturizer—Protect & Perfect Intense, because it’s got the SPF 15 so my skin’s protected, which I need. I’m fair-skinned and skin cancer runs in my family so I’m conscious of that.

OK!: You’re spending more time in LA than you probably intiially planned, what do you like about the city?
SL: It’s a breath of fresh air for me to be here in LA because I’ve been in Dallas for the past seven years so it’s nice to get into a new city and explore new things. There’s so much culture here, tons of different restaurants. Catherine and I, when I do have downtime, we like to explore and try new things, try new restaurants. And then there’s great people out here, too. I’ve made a lot of new friends. I’m enjoying my time here.

OK!: What’s your perfect date night?
SL: My perfect date night is just cuddling up with her (Catherine) on the couch and popping in a movie. That’s all I need, just quality time with Catherine. She likes nice things and she likes being treated in a way she deserves to be treated so occasionally we’ll go out to a really nice restaurant. I’ll take her on a fancy date. But for the most part I just want to throw on sweat pants and cuddle up with her.
OK!: One of our favorite Brits is Lisa Vanderpump, have you been in touch with any of the eliminated competitors from DWTS?
SL: Lisa helped us celebrate Catherine’s birthday just the other day. We were together. We had dinner and we were actually at her restaurant Villa Blanca. And then Catherine is good friends with Pandora, Lisa’s daughter. Fortunately I get to see her and her husband Ken quite a bit. They’re the best. I love them. Lisa’s my favorite Brit, too.

OK!: What’s your menu recommendation for anyone dining at Villa Blanca?
SL: Ooh, I got their spicy chicken and it was amazing.
OK!: Once you’re done with Dancing, what’s next?
SL: That’s a good question. I still have my business back home—the custom furniture company The Factory Girl, so that’s keeping me busy but I don’t know what could come my way. If I try to map out my life God’s gonna throw me a curveball and it’s going to go in a different direction anyway. Right now I’m just flying by the seat of my pants and that’s okay with me.

OK!: Do you have a general idea of what you want in a wedding?
SL: She wants a traditional ceremony, so something classic and beautiful. And then we want the reception just to be a big party with all our family and friends. We want everyone to have a great time and have a night to remember. That’s what we’re shooting for. As far as the minor details, we haven’t planned those yet.
OK!: Have you thought about your wedding playlist?
SL: When I go to a party I want to have fun, I want to dance and I want it to be upbeat. We’ll probably have more hip-hop than most weddings have. Whatever gets people on the dancefloor. That’s what we’re looking for.
