From Oscar-winning Milk to playing a stooge – that leap might seem odd, but Sean Penn seems like he's got the comedy chops to become Larry in the Farrelly Brothers' upcoming Three Stooges movie (Fast Times at Ridgemont High, anyone?).
Variety reports that Sean's all set for the comedy; so who will his fellow stooges be? Jim Carrey, a completely obvious choice, is reportedly in talks to play Moe; while Benicio Del Toro, a completetly random choice, is in sight to portray Curly.
Wawawa-what?!?!?
The Farrellys wrote the script and hope to release the flick in early 2010.
