Sean Penn's 16-year-old son, Hopper Jack, was arrested last week at the school he attends in Malibu, reports RadarOnline.com.
The Harvey Milk star's son was taken into custody by the L.A County Sheriff's department. Because he's a minor, the authorities won't release any details about the arrest or whether any charges have been filed.
A police source confirmed to RadarOnline.com that Hopper was busted at school.

It is the latest crisis to rock the Penn family: Sean's wife Robin Wright Penn (who is starring the upcoming movie The Private Lives of Pippa Lee) filed for divorce in August.
