Well, this is one Disney star who's still on her best behavior. The "topless" photo of Selena Gomez that has hit the Web is fake.

"The alleged photo of Selena Gomez is absolutely not her," Selena's rep told TMZ. "Selena’s family is pursuing all available remedies to deal with the offender.”
And they're taking the matter seriously.

According to TMZ sources, Selena's camp is very upset someone would be trying to ruin her reputation.
