Our Initial Thoughts on The Shakira/Rihanna Song Collaboration for "Can't Remember To Forget You"
Rihanna has collaborated on songs with Eminem, with Jay Z, with Drake, with Nicki Minaj. But perhaps RiRi's most anticipated song is this one with Shakira, because who knew that those two ladies could combine their sounds and make awesome-sounding music, you know?

The track, "Can't Remember To Forget You," debuted first thing this morning on Ryan Seacrest's radio show and website, which is, you know, a nice way to take the internet's attention away from last night's Golden Globes. And of course, the girls also promoted the heck out of it on Twitter and Instagram:

This song definitely sounds more Shaq than RiRi, which is fine because technically this song will appear on Shakira's upcoming album, out March 25, and not Rihanna's. And it's catchy and I feel like I already know the words after listening to it twice, which is good, but I don't know, I think I was expecting something a little bit more..poppy? Dancey, maybe? I do like the Island-ish vibe, though. But enough about me. Listen to the track below and see what you think for yourself:
