This is an unrealistic bloodbath, but what action movie isn’t? Mr. Smith (Owen) is on the run, protecting a baby from killers (and using newspapers for diapers). Gradually, the child’s backstory emerges, giving this movie something resembling a plot. Giamatti makes for a fun villain, and you’ll get a chuckle or two from his banter with Owen.
