The Situation & Snooki Sneak Back to Seaside

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi are back to their old stomping grounds — that's right, the gang has been spotted in Seaside Heights, N.J. filming Jersey Shore season 3. Snooki, the queen guidette, didn't let her arrest stop her from looking like she's enjoying herself. Over the weekend, Snooki was arrested for disorderly conduct and has a court date set.

OK! spoke to an eyewitness regarding the event, and he said that Snooki was definitely intoxicated and causing a scene in public. Luckily, friend Jenni "J-Woww" Farley was there to help her and, eventually, bail her out of jail.
