The actress, recently engaged to businessman boyfriend, Nick Loeb, split with him suddenly in May only to get engaged to him a month later. Upon planning their wedding, the magazine asked the mother of one (21-year-old son, Manolo) if she would ever be down for more kids.

"I would think about it," she said. "I can have more nannies. So it wouldn't be something crazy for me. But I wouldn't have four. Maybe one is fine."

Sofia's Colombian, which means rail thin is out. Even though she's in notoriously weight conscious Hollywood (and hates working out), she's reluctant to get much below 130 pounds.

"My a** gets smaller, and my boobs get smaller," she says. 'I don't mind when the boobs get smaller. I don't like it when the a** gets smaller. In Latin America, if you don't have a big a** you are nothing."

Further expounding upon the differences of Latin ideals, Sofia says all is fine in that part of the world as long as you ooze sexuality.

"I have so many friends that are Latin, and they're not Miss Universe," she said. "But they have something, and they get more guys than the really tall, blonde, perfect model that is just standing there. So I think sexy is the attitude of you believing that you can get whatever you want."

So does this apply to her? Does Sofia get whatever she wants?

Absolutey. She "always" has.

"Hopefully, I'll still be like that for a long time," she said.
