Speed Racer (Hirsch) was born to drive and wants to make a difference in the world of racing. But don’t be fooled — this isn’t one of those kids’ flicks that adults will enjoy. Despite its name, the plot is slow moving and takes some time to develop. The good news is that the second half is way better than the first.
