
Susan Sarandon Crutches it Up

Susan Sarandon hobbles into the Great Directors premiere held Tuesday in NYC swinging crutches. There's a black sling on her right leg. Ouch!
“You can’t carry anything, that’s the big problem,” she says of the perils of getting around.
Poor Susan says her injury “got in the way” of ping-pong playing at her sports club SPiN NYC.
Although exercise will have to wait, the Oscar winner, 63, is often cited as inspiration in the fantastic figure department.

“That’s not true,” she says. “Shut up! Well, my daughter’s body is far more exciting than mine. She’s strong and tall. I think she’s amazing.”
