OK!: Are you looking forward to dishing out the critiques as a judge on SYTYCD?
Gabby Douglas: I am so excited. It's funny because, like you said, I'm a judge now. I've been out there competing and having people judge me so it's going to be weird but it's going to be fun to be a guest judge.
OK!: How long have you watched the show?
GD: I'm a big fan and I've watched it many years back.

OK!: What advice could you offer the contestants about not giving into the pressure of competition?
GD: I would just tell them to go out there and have fun and go 100 percent and don't be nervous about it. They've got it.
OK!: Do you have any rituals before a competition to stay focused and calm?

GD: I don't but I would listen to my coaches and just say something that motivated me to go out there and do the best I could.
OK!: What are you looking for from the contestants?
GD: For them to keep their energy up, facial expressions and to look like they're enjoying themselves.

OK!: What's your can't-miss TV show?
GD: I love The Vampire Diaries. I love that show.
OK!: What's up next to you?
GD: I'm really excited about being a guest just on So You Think You Can Dance and for 2016 I'm back to training and everything's going well. It's really fun to be back and hopefully I'll accomplish another Olympics!
