Taylor Armstrong Tells OK! She's "Focusing on Getting Healthy & Happy"

In lieu of Taylor Armstrong’s recent struggles coping with the death of her estranged husband Russell Armstrong, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills starlet is focusing on keeping herself and her daughter “happy and healthy,” in the new year. The Oklahoma native spoke to OK! about how she is trying to move forward with her life while out in L.A. on Thursday.

“I wanted to do something fun with her,” Taylor explained to OK! of bringing daughter Kennedy to Sweet E’s Bakeshop for a cookie decorating holiday party, “And its kind of fun getting into the Christmas spirit!”
The doting mother, who is about to shoot the reunion episode for this season of the Bravo reality show, is trying to keep her head up although looking back on her experiences on TV is “not easy to watch.”

“It’s difficult. It has been so dramatic.,” Taylor told OK! of watching her marriage unravel throughout the show, “Its challenging obviously for me to watch and experience some of the things that were going on.”
Regardless of the rough times Taylor has been through, she is only trying to stay positive and become even stronger as a woman and as a mom.

“I am just so focused right now on getting healthy and happy and making sure that Kennedy is healthy and happy and just really keeping on top of that,” Taylor gushed.
