Taylor Swift has got new music on the way! After hinting for weeks, she has finally released all the info on her new tunes. Get ready to shake it off, shake it off.
In her exclusive worldwide livestream with Yahoo and ABC, Taylor announced that her new album is called 1989. The record’s both heavily influenced by the music of the late ’80s, and happens to be named after the year she was born. Other pertinent info? It’s coming out on October 27. The first single is called “Shake It Off,” and it was produced by Max Martin. Which means, yep, it’s never leaving your brain.
Taylor surprised her fans with a new video for that new single, too, which featured dancers of all ilk literally shaking it off—ballerinas, break dancers, modern movers, cheerleaders, and more. If you’re not bopping your head by the end of it, you may be dead inside. Sorry about that.
