Amber Portwood has not regained custody of her daughter Leah despite recent reports that the Teen Mom has been reunited with her little girl. OK! has learned exclusively that Leah's father Gary Shirley still has full custody of the two-year-old.
Amber had a monitored visit with Leah on Monday at her home, a friend of Gary's confirms exclusively to OK!. However, custody was not reversed and "nothing's changed." Gary dropped off Leah at Amber's home today for a one-hour supervised visit.
Reports surfaced yesterday that Indiana authorities returned Leah to Amber, 20, and the young girl was moving back in to her mom's new home.
Amber was charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor for domestic violence. If convicted, she faces up to three years in jail and fines of up to $10,000.
