Teen Mom Jenelle Evan's and her video beatdown victim, Britany Truett are going at it again — this time in court. Britany plans to sue Jenelle for abuse and injuries she endured after the 19-year-old MTV reality star brutally attacked her.
Britany's bruises have healed since the fight, which led to Jenelle's arrest for simple affray and simple assault, but the victim has since proclaimed, "there will be legal action," against both Jenelle and Brittany Maggard, who instigated the fight, TMZ reports.
Britany and her boyfriend/baby's father left her attorney's office in North Carolina this morning, where charges may have been issued.
Jenelle’s friend Brittany Maggard, who was also arrested on Sunday with the rest of them on single count of simple assault, admitted to TMZ’s cameras that she instigated the fight by pushing Jenelle into her victim.

But her punishment for the crime still not over — it has recently doubled.
Brittany was arrested again yesterday for violating her probation for a separate assault case.
