Do you ever sit around wondering how the first cast of Teen Mom is faring after a some time out of the spotlight? Wonder no longer — MTV is gifting us with a season 4 of two back-to-back episodes of Maci, Amber, Catelynn and Farrah, and of course with these four comes lots and lots of drama.
Farrah is exploring her independent streak and moves to Florida alone with her daughter Sophia.
Catelynn and boyfriend Tyler still struggle with their decision to put their daugher up for adoption, while Tyler's substance-abusing father, Butch, moves in with them.
Surprise, surprise — Maci still has problems co-parenting with Ryan, which will only get messier with his new girlfriend, Dalis.

Amber, on other hand, checked into rehab, but perhaps this shows signs of growth as she and Gary try to mend their relationship for the sake of their daughter, Leah.
