Teen Mom's Amber Portwood Is Back In Jail!

Dec. 19 2011, Published 11:55 a.m. ET
Teen Mom star Amber Portwood just can't seem to stay out of trouble.
The reality star is back in jail after violating her probation. According to E! Online, when Amber didn't show up to a probation hearing today, authorities were sent to her house.
While at Amber's house, they found pills in her purse and she could not show proof of a prescription, so she was arrested, reports E! Online.
Amber is on probation after she was convicted of dometic battery for attacking her ex-fiancé, Gary Shirley. She was sentenced to two years in jail, but that sentence was suspended as long as she stuck to the rules of her probation.

The court will have to decide how long Amber will remain in jail. Could she end up spending Christmas there? Only time... and the judge... will tell. If that happened, this would be here second Christmas in a row in jail, as last year she spent the holidays there after surrendering to the police and being booked on the domestic battery charge.
