Fashion Rocks. 9pm on CBS. Ryan Seacrest hosts this concert special from Barclay's Center in Brooklyn, featuring performances from Afrojack, The Band Perry, Duran Duran, KISS, Miranda Lambert, Jennifer Lopez, Nico and Vinz, Rita Ora, Pitbull, Usher, Jennifer Hudson and Magic.



Robin Williams Remembered: A Pioneer of Television. 9pm on PBS. This one-hour lookback at Robin Williams' life will feature his last TV interview ever, clips of his career highlights and chats with those who've known him over the years.

OK! News: Ray Rice's Wife Defends Him in Official Statement

19 Kids & Counting. 9pm and 9:30pm on TLC. In two back to back episodes, Jill and Derick continue their wedding planning and also go on a double date with Jessa and Ben—chaperoned by their younger siblings, of course.
