World Music Awards. 8pm on NBC. Mariah Carey, Miley Cyrus, Fall Out Boy and others perform at the awards show, which was taped yesterday in Monaco. Spoiler alert: Mariah and Miley win big!
Melissa and Joey. 8:30pm on ABC Family. Joey Lawrence's real-life brother Matthew Lawrence returns to the show as his on-screen brother. That casting choices makes sense, right?
