Tom Cruise has never filmed a musical before, but that doesn't mean he's holding anything back on the set of Rock of Ages.
Tom chatted with Ryan Seacrest this morning on his radio show straight from the set of Rock of Ages where he's playing the womanizing rocker, Stacee Jaxx.
Also in the film are Russell Brand, Julianne Hough, Alec Baldwin, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Mary J. Blige and Tom says the filming is "fun."
“I’ve never done a musical, and I’m having a blast. Learning a lot," he told Ryan. "I’ve always loved music. There's nothing like trying to do something yourself to give you an even greater appreciation for what this art form is. It's fantastic. I love this character, and working with Adam and the cast, and everyone there is just outstanding across the board.”

And Tom is also pumped at the list of songs he performs in the film.
“I sing “Pour Some Sugar” by Def Leppard. It's outrageous," he said. "I sing “Dead or Alive” by Jon Bon Jovi. Oh god, I sing “Rock Me Like A Hurricane" by Scorpions.”
Yes, we agree with him. It does sound outrageous!
