Basketballer Tony Parker has officially filed a $20 million lawsuit! Not any ol' lawsuit, mind you. This is regarding the huge brawl last week in NYC between Chris Brown and Drake.

As reported by GossipCop, the San Antonio Spurs star was injured in the hoopla and several people were hit by broken glass. Tony alleges in the lawsuit that W.i.P. club operators were "reckless, careless and negligent in permitting Drakes's entourage and Brown's entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two." In the lawsuit, neither Chris nor Drake have been named as defendants.
Tony also confirmed in a press conference last week that he was hit in the eye during the brawl. He said, "They started to throw bottles about...I got it all."

Tony's condition got worse; after he was supposed to be able to join France's Olympic team, he had to be sent to the emergency room. As a result, he's going to miss a week's worth of practice.
