Teen Wolf star Holland Roden is staking her claim at OKMagazine.com, where she's taken over for the week as Celebrity-in-Chief. She's sharing exclusive content every day this week, leading into the Teen Wolf season finale. Now she's got the most delicious recipe for ya!
"I have a really great Caeser dressing recipe," says Holland. "It is my best friend’s mom’s recipe, that she used to make us and leave in the house, and we would eat it by the tubs!" Here is your list of ingredients:
-one cup of parmesan cheese
-1/8 of a cup of extra-virgin olive oil
-1/4 of a cup of lemon juice
-half a teaspoon of anchovy paste, to taste
-half a teaspoon of garlic
-salt and pepper, to taste
Mix all those things together, and give them a solid shake! "It kind of solidifies in the fridge," says Holland. "It’s so good. That lasts you a week, so it’s ultimately not that caloric." If you're worried about that cheese, she reminds you: "It’s only an eighth of a cup. You can add more lemon juice to dilute the parmesan and olive oil. For two people, that could last a week, two weeks. It’s not that bad! You only need a couple of tablespoons for salad. It’s actually pretty low-calorie."
