I kicked off the week at the Ugly Betty premiere party on the rooftop of Highbar in midtown Manhattan.

The two words on everyone’s lips: Lindsay Lohan.

She did looked healthy and happy, posing on the red carpet for pics in anticipation of her recurring role as Kimmie, Betty’s high-school tormentor-turned-waitress-turned Wilhelmina Slater’s newest kiss-up. Read more about that .

This season Betty will meet Jesse, played by cutie Val Emmich. Betty star America Ferrera commented on her character’s mad skills with the hotties. ??

“You ever notice how Betty has many guys at any given moment? Henry wants her to marry her, and Gio wants her to go to Rome,” she said. “She’s always had a boyfriend, one or two,” she laughed.

With men it is either a feast or famine.

“This time around whatever is going on with Jesse or the next character, I’ll just say that it’s a really a one-sided affair,” she teased. In Betty's favor, no doubt!

Tuesday, I grabbed a friend and headed to the opening of the new Fossil store on 34th Street, a shopping Mecca for New Yorkers and tourists alike.

Project Runway 4’s Kevin Christiana and Jack Mackenroth were on the scene. Jack spilled a little about their new project in development.

“Kevin and I are co-designers and hosts,” said Jack. "We sort of ambush a woman's closet."

“We love the gay vs. straight perpective,” Said Kevin.

I official now deem them as The Odd Couple 2.0. I can’t wait to see this duo in action.

I finished up my week stopping by a party thrown by the Food Network's parent company, Scripps, at the private Terrace Club. Hey, it was dinner time, and these guys are the best in the biz!

I chatted with Next Food Network Star winner Aaron McCargo, Jr., who now hosts his own show, Big Daddy's House.

He broke down his chicken fingers coated in blue tortilla chips recipe, which is easy enough a kid could make it. With my kitchen skills, that's just about what I can handle.

Catch Aaron in action in new episodes of Big Daddy's House in January.

Until next week, fellow fanatics!
