Tyra Banks is starting a new movement, calling on viewers to "Get Your Shape in Shape!" on tomorrow's The Tyra Banks Show. Tyra announced she will be dedicating the entire hour to answering audience questions and providing step-by-step tips on her new, healthy lifestyle.

"This is not a diet, I do not believe in diets, I have been on diets in the past they are a bunch of bologna, this is a lifestyle change," Tyra says to her audience. "It's not about being skinny, it's about getting in the best shape that you can be. This is a Tyra Show movement."

"If I can do it and love to lay up and not work out and I love me some BBQ ribs and some ice cream and some Haagen Daaz, I can do this and you can do this and still eat what you want, just not every second," adds Tyra in her pep talk. "It is time to get your shape in shape!"

The talk show diva filled her entire audience with viewers who wrote in inquiring about her new lifestyle. She is asking everyone to get involved in her get fit and get healthy challenge.

Tyra will be joined by her nutritionist Heather Bauer, and the duo will cover it all on this episode from "love 'em and leave 'em carbs" to fiberlicious foods, sample lunch and dinner menus, and which fast food choice is the best if you're on the go!
