It has been confirmed that Demi Moore was hospitalized Monday night for substance abuse, but now, new reports say the actress had a seizure before being rushed to a treatment facility for anorexia and exhaustion.
Sadly, Demi has become extremely thin since filing for divorce from her husband of six years, Ashton Kutcher, who allegedly cheated on her with a much younger woman. A source close to the actress tells RadarOnline.com that her personal struggles not only deal with drug abuse but also an eating disorder.

Her extreme weight loss has caused a lot speculation about her health, and the insider confirmed that this problem is another reason she is seeking help. "Demi is getting treated for anorexia, as well as other issues that caused her seizure," the source added. "She has not taken care of her health at all lately and has lost a ton of weight."
