Not content to stand by as Germany is destroyed under Hitler's reign, Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg (Cruise) takes matters into his own hands by joining the German Resistance. The anti-Hitler - putting himself, his family and the entire Resistance at high risk. Cruise leads an excellent cast including Kenneth Branagh, Nighy and Eddie Izzard. Despite knoeing how the attempt on Hitler's life will end, Valkyrie remains suspenseful.
