When Jimmy Fallon has a guest like Alec Baldwin, there's no way he can just do the standard sit-down interview. No, he's got to go to extremes. And on Tuesday's Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, the 30 Rock star didn't disappoint. In fact, Alec not only donned a ridiculous blonde wig and golden fannypack for a "Play With Your Look" segment, he also slipped on some oversized boxing gloves to duke it out with the host himself

Also on the show were actors/comedians Michael Ian Black and Michael Showalter and singer Jordin Sparks, who performed with Jimmy's house band, The Roots.
