That's right — Justin Bieber hysteria will hit the VMAs on Sept. 12 and to get teen girls' hearts racing for the big event, the teen pop singing sensation himself is featured in the VMA promo!

Kanye will be making his return to the VMA stage, after he sullied his reputation last year with the whole Taylor Swift stunt.

Other performances include Drake and Florence + the Machine.
