VIDEO: Chris Brown Starts to Pay His Dues

Chris Brown's first day in the labor program certainly brought tons of attention to Richmond, Va. today: Local news station NBC 12 has posted a video of the pop star serving day one of his 180-day sentence. The video shows Chris waving to fans, who stood close by grabbing cell-phone photos.

Don't worry, he wasn't entertaining his adoring fans all day -- Chris put in some serious labor, raking away weeds, picking up trash and doing some heavy lifting with armed police officers close by.
