VIDEO: Kim Kardashian Confesses to Having Botox

Kim Kardashian takes on plastic surgery reports in a new Nightline segment, admitting to having a little help to maintain her flawless skin.

"I'm totally not against plastic surgery," she explains to reporter Cynthia McFadden on ABC News' Nightline airing tonight. "I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done."

Kim is joined by sisters Khloé Kardashian Odom and Kourtney Kardashian on tonight's segment as well as Kris Jenner.

"I've never had my nose done," Kim clarified with mom Kris adding, "None of us have had our nose done."

Kim does admit that she is very insecure about her nose and has considered getting it fixed.

"What's funny about my nose, it's my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done... I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn't — I wouldn't look the same."

As for her famous cleavage, her chest is all natural.

"Trust me honey," she quips, "if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done."

Eldest sister Kourt does admit to having a breast augmentation.

"I have had breast implants, but it's so funny 'cause it's not a secret, I could care less," the 30-year-old new mom says.

"My boobs have like tripled since breastfeeding," Kourt says referring to baby Mason, 5 months.
