"Of course I appreciated all the help, but I was finally ready to be on my own and do everything on my own," Maci explained on what it was like living with her parents and her son. "I was happy, but I wasn't as happy as I could be and I knew I had to be selfish, finally, one time and just do it."

The Teen Mom also talked about her relationship with Ryan and what she hopes will happen in the future.

"I really want us to be able to co-parent with our partners. I want Bentley to know he has two families and his two families get along," Maci explained. "Really just instead of having a separated family just kind of have one huge family. That's what I hope happens and that's what I'm going to try to make happen. But it's really just if Ryan wants to help me make that happen or if he wants to be difficult."
