First Miley Cyrus decided to leave her millions of Twitter fans in the cold by deleting her account. And then her dad, Billy Ray, made a public plea for her return. And now, in what now seems like a preconceived publicity stunt, Miley has decided to explain her exit from Twitter... by rapping about it... on YouTube.
