Out of the goodness of his heart, Ryan Reynolds stopped by to visit with Jimmy Kimmel just to say "hi," but Jimmy put him to work and made him fire a Jimmy Kimmel Live staffer!

Jimmy asked Ryan if he would introduce himself to a staff member who was a huge fan him — and then fire her while he's there!
"Look, in China, do you know that the word for crisis is the same word for opportunity?" Ryan begins his "your fired" speech (via Just Jared). "I learned that watching Grey's Anatomy."
