Jimmy asked Ryan if he would introduce himself to a staff member who was a huge fan him — and then fire her while he's there!
"Look, in China, do you know that the word for crisis is the same word for opportunity?" Ryan begins his "your fired" speech (via Just Jared). "I learned that watching Grey's Anatomy."

"For the most part, you're fired," Ryan says. "Here's the thing. I've been fired before. I used to work at Linens 'n Things and I got fired and I didn't like that. But you know what? Now I'm a millionaire."
